A “NIGHT PASS” is a pass for those who are looking to only attend our night services throughout the week. The night pass only gives you access from 6:15 pm-9:00 pm Monday – Thursday.
ON-CAMPUS REGISTRATION COSTS INCLUDE ALL MEALS FROM MONDAY LUNCH THROUGH FRIDAY BREAKFAST.
OFF-CAMPUS REGISTRATION COSTS INCLUDE ALL LUNCH MEALS FROM TUESDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.
Off-campus registrants do have the option to add a dinner package to their account for their entire group for an additional fee of $28 per person. If you are interested in requesting that a dinner package be added to your account, please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO THE AMOUNT OF $70 IS REQUIRED PER SPOT.
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO THE AMOUNT OF $25 IS REQUIRED PER SPOT FOR PASTOR’S CHILDREN 3-12 YEARS OLD.
THE DEADLINE TO SWAP REGISTRANT INFORMATION IS 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR WEEK OF CAMP (NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE). The ONLY way to confirm your reservation is by paying the deposit amount required per registered person. To be qualified as a Camper, the student must be at least 12 years old, in middle school or high school, or just graduated from 12th grade that year. Anyone OLDER than this must be registered as a Leader or Pastor. A background check will be required for any person that is registered and is 18 years or older. Children between the ages of 3-11 will have to be registered, and with a parent at all times. EVERYONE must be registered online, regardless of age. Children under the age of 3 are able to attend for free. If a child(ren) under the age of 3 will be attending with you, please notify our team via email at least two weeks prior to your arrival.
