COVID-19 GUIDELINES

YFN is following Texas state guidelines and the local county health department requirements for our gathering. Because these requirements change weekly, when details become relevant to our experience in the weeks leading up to the event, we will communicate anything that will be helpful for you in preparation for your camp arrival.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

– Frequent disinfecting of the common areas and restrooms, including handrails, door handles, and seats
– Social distancing reminders
– Sanitation Stations conveniently placed everywhere, especially in high-traffic areas
– Morning temperature checks every day

– For our Staff, masks/shields will be mandatory at all times indoors
– For Guests, masks are required when walking around indoors, however, you may remove your mask when at your seat for services
– Masks will not be required when outside unless you are in line to enter the Main Auditorium and you are closer than 6 feet to someone not from your group

Additionally…

– Anyone with fever or flu-like symptoms such as a cough, sore throat, runny nose, or body aches will be required to go home for their safety and the safety of others
– A service-viewing room will be available upon request for individuals who desire a more comfortable, spacious experience
